How do I care for my jewelry?
 
As with all sterling silver, it will tarnish over time. By using a sterling silver polishing cloth (non abrasive), the tarnish can be easily removed. Storing your silver pieces in an air tight bag (such as a Ziploc) is best.
 
Do not immerse your jewelry in water.
 
Can I have a piece custom sized?
 
All of our collections offer a variety of sizes to suit our customer’s needs. However, if you can not find a size you would like, please let us know and for an additional fee we will be able to custom size for you.
 
I ordered multiple bracelets, why do each of the bracelets look slightly different?
 
Each piece is completely original, authentic artisan jewelry—hand-crafted and expertly constructed with precious metals and natural beads. Due to the inherent unique nature of the beads, each piece will vary slightly.
