Any damaged pieces need to be returned to JDDesigns for inspection. You must ship your damaged piece via a shipping method that offers tracking. Please notify us when you send your piece in for repair. Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the damaged piece. If the damage is due to faulty parts, your piece will be repaired free of charge and return shipping. If the damage is due to customer fault, there will be a minimum $20 repair fee which includes shipping.
