If you’ve subscribed to my e-mail list, you’ve probably gotten my free 5-day e-course on “Creating a Practice of Gratitude.” (If you haven’t check out the sign up area on my blog to get your free copy!)
In my course, I speak of the importance of keeping a gratitude journal. I find, for myself, that I tend to journal at night before I go to bed. It just seems to be the time that works for me when I can reflect on my day.
For the first time, I felt compelled to journal this morning, so I went with it. I woke up, early I might add, with amazing positive energy. I felt gushing with energy actually. I decided to use that as my inspiration and be so grateful for the way that I felt! It felt so good to start my day that way.
Go with it when you are inspired and write it down. Try to have a small little notebook, that can be different from your gratitude journal, that you keep in your purse or briefcase and jot down those thoughts and inspirations when they come to you.
